Fresh Insights was created by Geetha Van den Daele – that’s me – and inspired by many.  Fresh Insights grew out of a strong desire to help others by reflecting on the ways in which we work, and how we can work differently.

As a professional evaluator and researcher, with over 20 years of experience, I have designed and asked thousands of questions – in multiple ways – to help understand, explore, and spark change. By focusing on asking questions that really matter, with an open mind, I help clients and organizations explore, define, measure, and achieve success.
