Projects Geetha particularly loves working on are:
Conversation Design: The art of conversation. Whether gathering program participants and/or your colleagues, the questions we ask, and the ways in which we ask questions, help (or hinder) us in moving forward. By opening the conversation space in creative ways, together we’ll foster fresh insights. Geetha is known for her knack of asking questions, creating safe spaces, and engaging diverse populations.
Program Evaluation: What is working well, and what could be working even better with your specific program, service, and/or initiative? What do you really want to know and why? Are the questions you ask designed to gather those answers? Are the methods in which you ask those questions accessible? Geetha specializes in designing participatory, accessible, and inclusive mixed-method approaches.
Whether working with immigrants, women entrepreneurs, marginalized youth, educators, or foundation and non-profit leaders, years of working with professionals across Canada continues to drive her own personal commitment to empower and inspire real change.
